Abstract

The socio economic conditions of development of a society in the concepts of the foreign philosophers are considered, and as Toffler’s model of an information society, in which concept of the world, time, the spaces, thinking get other measurement, and level of selfrealization, the self-consciousnesses of the man become a primary factor of information epoch.
