Abstract

This article is devoted to the social and philosophical research of the features of institutional reforms as a factor in the functioning of society. It is shown that institutional changes are an important part of the process of socio-economic, political and cultural development of society and also the foundation for overcoming significant deformations inherent in the society under the conditions of transformation. The basic types of institutional transformations have been analyzed.
