English abstract
The monograph "Methodology of the Labor Law", the author – S. Vyushnovetska, is the scientific work that is different relevance by its novelty and practical value. It includes solving of the scientific problems that is of great theoretical and practical importance. Also this work is an important achievement in the development of a prospective trend of modern jurisprudence. The author of the monograph resolves important issues related to the characteristics and problems of the methodology of science of labor law; determines the content of the methodology of science of labor law and its components; considers methodological tools of modern science of labor law, the role of methodological approaches and concepts in the studying of the legal phenomena; investigates theoretical approaches to identify new areas of interdisciplinary research.
