Abstract

The problems of plagiarism and its detrimental consequences for the development of legal sciences are considered in the article. The examples of systematic usage of both intellectual and mechanical plagiarism by M.I. Karpenko in the textbook «Military crimes: characteristics, methodology of investigation and prevention» are provided. The well-reasoned critical evaluation of misinformation of readers and substitution of notions by this author are given.
