Abstract

The article refers to the food as the objects of civil rights, unjustly overlooked legislators and academics. It influences human life and health, ensuring of immediate natural human need for nutrition. Attention is paid to the requirements for these rights objects, offered to settle them in Chapter 13 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and to unify the legal terminology.
