Abstract

The article deals with some problems of interaction management military organization of the state in modern conditions and identifies solutions. Guidelines state military organization aims to carry out these functions as the applicable law in times of crisis and in times of peace. In addition, it sets out a number of relevant and substantiated findings suggested some solutions.
