Abstract

Review of the conceptual positions of administrative process by the scientists in the field of administrative law requires the investigations of the structure of administrative process. In this article the attempt was done to substantiate the fact that the types of administrative proceedings, which are the structural components of administrative proceedings, are in the basis of the division of administrative process in its narrow and wide meaning. The structure of administrative and jurisdictional process (i.e. in its narrow meaning) consists of: disciplinary proceedings, proceedings of complaints of the citizens, proceedings of cases of administrative offenses.
