Abstract

The article deals with the necessity of overcoming the differences in classification of investment contracts. The author worked out the approach concerning their characteristic on the basis of branch adaptation of old-established civil contracts to the needs of maintenance of investment processes. The categories of civil and commercial contracts are warned against being mechanically transformed into investment contracts; that lacks of any prospect.
