Abstract

The article is devoted illumination of constitutional bases of right to hear the confession religion, as component rights of conscience. An author in a historical aspect specifies on the evolution of norms of legal acts, which fasten the component rights of conscience. Suggestions are specified in relation to perfection of the legal adjusting of right to hear the confession religion
