Abstract

In this article, we studied the rules providing responsibility for the concealment of the crime, misprision, theconnivance and complicity in the crime in accordance with the Lithuanian Statute of 1588. We also determinethe influence of the Lithuanian Statute of 1588 on the development of criminal law in the Hetman state.
