Abstract

In the article the essence of the National Police as the main subject to ensure the protection of rights and freedoms. The attention to the fact that the activities of the police has never been safe and easy and just because a police officer the ability to protect themselves, means that it can also protect another person. The content of employees of the National Police of Ukraine in the rapid response and efficiency actions in emergency aid as a guarantee of performance of their duties.
