Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Це подання раніше не було опубліковане і не надсилалося до розгляду редакціям інших журналів (або у коментарях для редактора нижче дані необхідні пояснення).
  • Файл подання є документом у форматі Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, RTF або WordPerfect.
  • Інтернет-посилання у тексті супроводжуються повними коректними адресами URL.
  • Текст набраний 14-м розміром кеглю з 1,5 міжрядковим інтервалом; авторські акценти виділені курсивом, а не підкресленням (всюди, крім адрес URL); всі ілюстрації, графіки та таблиці розміщені безпосередньо у тексті, там, де вони повинні бути за змістом (а не у кінці документу).
  • Текст відповідає вимогам до стилістики та бібліографії, викладеним у Керівництві для авторів розділу "Про журнал".
  • Якщо матеріал подається у рецензований розділ журналу, при оформленні файлу подання були виконані інструкції щодо Гарантій сліпого рецензування.

A guide for authors

     Articles are published in Ukrainian or English. Preference is given to articles in English. The average time for the initial evaluation of manuscripts is 3 days.

    The article must be designed in accordance with the requirements for submission

The editors reserve the right to edit the manuscript. The volume of the article should not be less than 8 pages and not more than 12 pages (A4 format, Times New Roman font, 14 point).

Each article undergoes three stages of control: initial control for compliance with the general requirements for articles; plagiarism check and citation quality; external scientific peer review in accordance with the Review Process

     The article is returned for revision in case of violation of the design requirements.

     Plagiarism in articles is unacceptable, as it is a violation of copyright and scientific ethics.

     Based on the results of the plagiarism check and external independent review, the editorial board makes the final decision on the possibility of publishing the article.

    The average time of publication of the article is 20 days.

Authors reserve the right to author their own work and transfer to the journal the right to first publish this work under the Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely distribute the published work with mandatory reference to the authors of the original work and the first publication in this journal. .

Authors have the right to enter into independent additional agreements on non-exclusive distribution of the work in the form in which it was published in the journal (for example, to publish an article in the institution's repository or publish in a monograph), provided that the link to the first publication in this journal.

The policy of the journal allows and encourages authors to post manuscripts on the Internet (for example, in electronic repositories of institutions or on personal websites) both before the submission of this manuscript and during its editorial processing, as it promotes productive scientific discussion and positive affects the efficiency and dynamics of citation of published work.

The authors of the articles are responsible for the accuracy of facts, quotations, proper names, geographical names, names of enterprises and organizations and other information. The opinions expressed in these articles may not coincide with the point of view of the Editorial Board of the journal.

 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Articles that have not been previously published and have not been submitted for consideration in other publications are accepted for publication.
  2. Articles in English, which have been translated from Ukrainian, must be accompanied by a document with the text in the original language, drawn up in accordance with the established requirements.
  3. The article should contain contact information of the authors: telephone, e-mail and ORCID. Email addresses must be valid.
  4. The text of the article and metadata should be typed in Times New Roman font, font size - 14 pt, line spacing - 1.0 pt, margins - 2 cm on all sides, width alignment, paragraph indentation 1.0 cm.
  5. The volume of the article (without metadata) should be at least 8 pages, including tables, graphs, figures, as well as a bibliographic list.
  6. The presence of UDC and the List of used literature is mandatory.
  7. The article must contain the full amount of metadata provided in 2 languages (Ukrainian and English), which include:
  • fully registered name, patronymic and surname of the authors, their academic degree, title, position, place of work or study with mandatory indication of the structural unit of the educational institution (department / faculty / institute, etc.);
  • the title of the article (should be informative, interesting to the scientific community, indicate the problem studied in the article);
  • annotation in Ukrainian (should highlight the purpose, methods of problem analysis, research results, problematic issues for discussion);
  • abstract in English (at least 1800 characters with spaces, including keywords; should highlight the relevance, purpose, methods of problem analysis, research results, scientific novelty, as well as practical significance);
  • Keywords and phrases (from 4 to 7) that relate to the research topic do not duplicate the title of the article and do not consist of general words.

Journal "Scientific works of the National Aviation University. Series: Legal Bulletin "Air and Space Law" is open to the public free of charge. Anyone interested in the magazine can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full text of articles, as well as use them for other legitimate purposes without the prior permission of the editorial board or the author if referenced. scientific information and global knowledge exchange for the development of legal science. CONDITIONS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (HACCP) IN UKRAINE: ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL ASPECT

Purpose: to explore the regulatory bases for the implementation of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system in Ukraine as a factor in food safety. Methods: documentary analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, objective truth, cognitive-analytical, etc. Results: generalized requirements for the development, implementation and application of permanent procedures based on the principles of the Food Safety Management System (HACCP). Discussion: clarified the provisions on the introduction of prerequisites by market operators, the principles of the HACCP, the development of permanent monitoring procedures, a simplified approach to the application of the HACCP system for certain market operators, etc.

Requirements for safety and quality of food products were considered to be of particular relevance at all times, because non-compliance with these requirements could be detrimental to human life and health. Food safety is one of the main areas that determines the health of the population, preservation of the gene pool of the nation.

At the same time, the decision of these issues is related not only to the quality control of the final product, but also to the monitoring of production processes throughout the production chain for the timely detection of hazardous products. This monitoring system was called Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) - a system that identifies, assesses and controls the hazards that are critical to the safety of food products.

The EU considers HACCP to be the most effective method of ensuring food safety and requires all food industry enterprises to implement, observe and implement procedures based on the principles of HACCP.

The principles of the HACCP, the program-preconditions of the HACCP system, the sequence of the development of the HACCP system, are formalized in accordance with the Requirements for the development, implementation and application of permanent procedures based on the principles of the Food Safety Management System (HACCP) (from 01.10.2012 № 590). The analysis is of practical importance for the practical implementation of the procedures reviewed in order to ensure the safety of food products.

The direction of further research is the details of the programs, the prerequisites for each of the predicted components, as well as the procedures that ensure the efficient functioning of the HACCP system.
