Information technology creates image restoration, providing them with limited decompression loss of quality imaging and exclude uncontrolled loss of information provided decline in ancillary data. Uncontrolled losses are eliminated as a result of the removal of the following cases: incorrect definition of the boundaries of code words that contain values applicable adaptive embedding monobasic positional numbers; false positioning coded representation related transformant; errors in the process of obtaining lengths of series of binary elements which have the primary transformant information about the components, including the low-frequency components of the spectral representationReferences
