Abstract

In this article the OSI model in terms of information security classification of vulnerabilities and security measures at the level of model OSI. In order to build a comprehensive information security systems for information 
and communication systems and networks offer a model to extend the seven- nine levels — through eight levels — level politician and ninth — level users.
