The reasons of dispersion dependence of the diffraction efficiency of holographic phase gratings are viewed. It isshown that phase shift dependence determining the diffraction efficiency directly, considerably exceeds agencyfrom dispersion of refraction index. The compromise expedient of maintenance of the diffraction efficiencyformfactor in a wavelength working range for the given grating is offered and implemented.References
