Abstract

Проведено аналіз причин втрати працездатності деталей вузлів тертя авіаційної техніки. Досліджено вплив зовнішніх чинників на фізико-механічні властивості конструкційних матеріалів, елементів трибосистем. Установлено, що основними видами зношування деталей, вузлів тертя авіаційної техніки є наступні: абразивне, корозійно-механічне, окислювальне, втомне і кавітаційне зношування, а також схоплення і фретинг-корозія. Запропоновано методи поверхневого зміцнення та нанесення покриттів з метою відновлення зношених деталей
