Abstract

The implementation of the UMTS technology in wireless mobile networks for improving of capacity and reliability is considered. Standard methodologies application for enhancing of ability of modern mobile devices of multimedia data transfer are analyzed. The main differences between the structure of the system of 3G UMTS and standard 2G GSM are highlighted
