Abstract

Influence of uncertain conditions on information counteraction is examine. Consequences of errors in basic data on determination of optimum balanced expenses of operating sides are determined. Theorems on terms of non-shifting, solvency and efficiency of optimum evaluation of balanced expenses of operating parties under the impact of hindrances and presence of errors are proved with the use of maximal verisimilitude criterion. Examples and practical recommendations are made
