Abstract

The method of organization of technical maintenance of GTS by the state is offered. It's based on continuous control of determining parameters, to complete their statistical treatment and prognostication of values of these parameters on the next period of exploitation. Transi­tion from strategy of technical service to strategy of technical service after the state will al­low decreasing financial expenses on exploitation of GTS and promoting stability of values of initial indexes of efficiency of GTS
