Planning and introduction in practice of aircraft building of avionic of new generation needs approach of the systems with the purpose of optimization of operating under planning and management system and economic efficiency. The receipt of effective result at planning must provide necessary quality of functioning of side complex at limits on resources (temporal, operating and other). The necessity of simultaneous review of row of aims and tasks methodologically results in the same thing-criterion optimization, when the basic criterion of expedience can be index of « expenses- benefits »References
