This article describes the main problems of application software implementation. Computer technologies have been recently widely used for any business or organization management. But there are some problems of operation software implementation in the company systems. Modern methods of solving these problems are: special purpose software design processes and reengineering processes. The main difficulties arising during software implementation, the main advantages and disadvantages of each method, statistical data analysis that affect the software were discussed in this paper
