Abstract

The method of the decision important for large operators of telecommunication services of a problem of definition of influence of malfunctions in an access network on quality of provided services is offered. The method unites productional and algorithmic approaches to the solution of a task in access IP networks with the RIP and OSPF protocols. The model of knot of a network, algorithm of the solution of a task and productional rules for considered protocols of routing are developed. Results of the pilot studies proving working capacity and efficiency of the offered method are given
