Abstract

The main features and benefits of international publishing platform Open Journal Systems, which operates the National Aviation University. The research provided in the system toolkit necessary to ensure the full cycle of technological support publication of scientific journals and further use of electronic library periodicals. Demonstrated role in promoting the electronic journal of research and the benefits of open access is defined by which expands readership and a growing number of citations of scientific papers
