Correlation Based Visual Motion Detection Algorithm with Stroboscopic Effect Elimination

Visual motion detector based on algorithms of correlation image comparison and background recovering with stroboscopic effect elimination is suggested for stationary surveillance systems. A number of experiments were conducted and confirmed the efficiency of the proposed approach with respect to both performance and reliability
