Estimation of possibility of reduction of time necessary for crew for parrying of development of a special situation in flight

Abstract

The parameters of professional important qualities of crew members which fail to be trained and noncompensible are specified. Those parameters, which deficiencies can be eliminated during training or compensated by using or developing other personal qualities are defined as well. With due account for these qualities the three stages of time reduction required to counteract an abnormal situation during flight are proposed
