Abstract

The article investigates the sensitivity of the coordinate measuring machine sensor to external factors. Mathematical models have been developed for the evaluation and compensation of systematic and random errors arising from temperature changes and vibrations. A comprehensive model describing the sensor behavior in three-dimensional space, taking into account rotational errors, is presented. Methods for optimizing error compensation based on minimizing the root mean square error are proposed. The obtained results have practical significance for improving the accuracy of coordinate measurements in various industries.
