Abstract

An interview planning system for IT companies allows for significant employee involvement in the hiring process, which allows IT companies to be more efficient and save time when hiring new employees. Thus, the interview scheduling system in IT companies provides a comprehensive and organized approach to managing a large number of potential candidates for vacant positions. By creating a comprehensive and organized system for planning and controlling the interview process, this system helps to ensure a more efficient and successful interview process, allowing companies to make decisions faster and more accurately.
