Abstract

The problem of quantitative and qualitative assessment of problematic situations, including dangerous (alarming, adverse) events, is considered. The task of analytical evaluation is solved by the method of nested scalar convolutions of the vector criterion using a nonlinear trade-off scheme. Qualitative assessment is based on Harrington's verbal-numerical scale.
