COMPUTER NETWORK OPTIMIZATION WITH SOFTWARE QOS BASED ON NUMERICAL CRITERION

Abstract

An approach to solving the problem of optimal distribution of information files among the nodes of a computer network during the transmission of large amounts of data is proposed. As a numerical criterion of optimality, a combination of traffic parameters over network communication channels is used, which allows minimizing the total traffic over the network per unit of time, the average waiting time for requests in the service queue.
