METHODS FOR CALCULATION OF PRIMARY ROOTS IN RESIDUAL CLASSES

Abstract

In order to construct arithmetic devices of computer technology that are optimal in terms of speed and equipment, an analysis of two number systems, positional and number systems in residual classes, was carried out. Methods for calculating primitive roots in the form of φ(p-1) solutions of comparisons of the degree φ(p-1') for prime numbers with distribution laws p=2m+1 and p=2m-3n+1 with a minimum number of trials of numbers from the given system of residues of this module.
