Method of optimization of the base station subsystem of the cellular operator

Abstract

Using the analysis found that the statement of requirements to networks of the fourth generation arenot achieved in one of the implemented networks, the actual quality of customer service is at a lowlevel, which indicates the low efficiency of existing methods of planning of radio networks, transportsystems and management techniques. Therefore, in this work, we have developed a method ofoptimization of the base station subsystem of the cellular operator. The proposed method allows toincrease the range of service areas in cellular networks up to 80%, which allows to minimize therequired number of base stations for network construction, but because almost 2 times to reduce thecost of the operator of cellular communication in the construction of the base station subsyst
