Abstract

In the article a method of possibility evaluation of obtaining of analytical solution of optimization tasks is proposed on the basis of sufficient conditions for optimality by V. F. Krotov for functionals with the linear control function and functions of power polynomials on phase coordinates with coefficients that are any time functions
