Abstract

In article are described theoretical bases of management of the personnel of the organizations, the enterprises and departments on the basis of mathematical models and the account of foreign experience of management and features of an administrative science in Ukraine at the present stage of its development. Theoretical positions are illustrated by circuits, tables, schedules and concrete digital calculations
