Abstract

Article covers emission policy problems of air transport manufactures involved in the process of transformation of Ukraine into trade relations. Authors envisage possible ways of reduction of transactional costs. Thus we can make conclusion that estimating transactional costs of investors the emitter possesses abilities to influence on market price of shares
