Abstract

In the paper analysis of the existing regulatory and legislative support, domestic and international informatization industry standards of society and the state has been conducted, are considered in the following article. The article considers the main questions of regulating the contents and definition of information resources, national and state information resources. The comparative analysis of informative filling and the state information resources organization technology is carried out, and also the developed system and the most widespread classifications of information resources of the state enterprises, organizations and establishments are regarded. Based on these conducted researches provided an expanded definition of state information resources, their roster, the depositary (including electronic) and the general system of the state which unites them.

Олександр Костянтинович Юдін, Національний авіаційний університет

Рік та місце народження: 1966 рік, м. Київ, Україна.

Освіта: Київський інститут інженерів цивільної авіації (з 2000 року – Національний авіаційний університет), 1989 рік.

Посада: директор Інституту комп’ютерних інформаційних технологій, завідувач кафедри комп’ютеризованих систем захисту інформації з 2005 року.

Наукові інтереси: інформаційна безпека.

Публікації: більше 250 наукових публікацій, серед яких монографії, словники, підручники, навчальні посібники, наукові статті та патенти на винаходи.

Сергій Степанович Бучик, Житомирський військовий інститут імені С.П. Корольова Державного університету телекомунікацій

Рік та місце народження: 1971 рік, м. Тверь, Росія.

Освіта: Житомирське вище військове училище радіоелектроніки ППО, 1993 рік.

Посада: начальник кафедри автоматизованих систем управління з 2012 року.

Наукові інтереси: інформаційна безпека, теорія прийняття рішень.

Публікації: більше 60 наукових та навчально-методичних праць.
