Code values forming method in gradient space for dynamic video information resources availability increases

The article describes necessary to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of receiving the video from remote sites to increase security and efficiency of departmental institutions and strategically important industries. It is shown that the most perspective formats of video streams have time delays and reducing the availability of dynamic video information resource (DVIR) for a given level of data integrity. Problem analysis of existing video codec’s on improving availability of video information resource with a given level of its integrity revealed their significant disadvantages. Directions, constructing of processing technologies of the DVIR based on the elimination of inter-frame redundancy based forms of information on intralevel using the process of formation of P-frames were there grounded. Developed efficient coding normalized informative differential-described spectrogram (DDS) in the space of two-component gradient structure-local restrictions to enhance the safety of dynamic VIR. Technology of integration of code constructions effective syntactic representation of normalized informative DDS slots P-frames in the structure of the MPEG-stream is constructed.References
