Goals and issues. The priority tasks of this publication are: publication of research results on expansion and modernization of research in the field of jurisprudence, qualitative growth of professional skills of lawyers, assignment of practicing lawyers to discuss and resolve important issues in all branches of jurisprudence, with the latest methods of teaching legal disciplines, the integration of Ukrainian legal science and education in the world educational and research space. Given the specifics of scientific research, due to the peculiarities of training lawyers for the aerospace industry, the scientific journal has a section where the results of research in international space law, international air law, national legislation on legal regulation of aviation and space activities, corresponding to its thematic direction.
