The article examines cyberwarfare technologies in the context of the full-scale phase of the Russian-Ukrainian armed conflict. The study analyzes the main categories of cyber weapons employed: destructive wiper malware, attacks on industrial control systems, DDoS operations, hack-and-leak campaigns, electronic warfare, and information operations including AI-assisted disinformation. The article addresses the integration of cyber tools with conventional military operations (cyber-physical convergence), the role of large language models in information operations, and the weaponization of commercial unmanned aerial systems. Scientific novelty consists in a comprehensive systemic analysis of cyberwarfare tools as applied in a real armed conflict serving as a proving ground for next-generation warfare technologies. A forecast of cyberwarfare technology development trends for the coming decade is formulated.
