Abstract

The thesis examines the impact of a limited domestic market on the development of plastic waste recycling technologies. It analyzes key logistical and economic barriers that arise in countries with low demand for secondary raw materials. Special attention is paid to the experience of Iceland as an example of effective adaptation to market restrictions.
