Abstract

The author examines the basic principles that shape the development of standards in higher education. Impact of Science on the educational activity is to update the content of education, and - adapting education to the needs of the economy and society, the impact of science on scientific and educational potential of the institutions and their functioning and reproduction of personnel for industry, science and education. The quality of training and the opportunityto realize themselves in all spheres of economy and society depend on effective implementation of the scientific potential of universities.
