Abstract

The workshop identified generalization conceptual foundations and develop proposals for the formation of object definitions and methods of administrative law in the domestic legal factoria. The main issues that were discussed at the seminar were modern definition of the concept of administrative law, characterization methods of administrative regulation, the essence of administrative legal relations.
