Abstract

The article refers to the civil liability of lawyers for breach of contractual obligations to provide legal assistance. The author comes from the fact that the provisions of a special law on the impossibility of bringing to justice a lawyer should not apply to the specified contract: immunity from contractual liability invalid, affects the legal status of clients, provoking attorney in breach of obligations. Advocated the necessity of securing such liability by law.
