Abstract

In article questions of improvement of the competitive legislation of Ukraine are analyzed. Authors do aconclusion that integration of nonns and principles of the right of EU into the competitive legislation of Ukraine is coordinated with norms of the Constitution of Ukraine and has the result of the account in the national legislation of positions acguis communautarire in sphere of rules of a competition of EU.
