Abstract

Problems which arise up at the decision of corporate disputes concerning the inheritance of the proper aparticipant part are examined in the offered article, a legislation, which regulates corporate legal relationshipswhich arise up after to the occasion given, is analysed, a theoretical base lights up in relation to the inheritanceof the proper a participant part, in particular referring on normatively legal acts.
