Abstract

The author considers the features of the rights of members of the criminal production in the light of the new criminal procedure law. The author draws attention to the guarantee of the rights and interests of a person, along with guarantees of efficient operation of authorities which conduct criminal process, in their total-ity constitute the means of effective functioning of the criminal process in general.
