Abstract

This article examines whether specific protection of civil rights and interests of such notary. Particular attention is paid to the notary public participation in the protection of civil rights and interests in the notarial acts, as a way of protecting civil rights. Theoretical dominant and legal factors that shape the status of notaries as an institution protecting the constitutional rights of citizens in Ukraine.
