Abstract

Review of the monograph by E. S. Nazimka "Institute of juvenile delinquency in the criminal law of Ukraine. Genesis, International and European Standards, Juvenile Penology ", which deals with a very topical and important problem of juvenile delinquency in modern criminal-law science.

The issue of juvenile punishment is one of the most controversial and contradictory in modern science of criminal law of Ukraine. So, there are many unsolved, debatable, and little-studied issues that can be answered in this paper.
